2. You’ve got the old – Manning – versus the new, in Cam Newton. They will have the largest age gap between any two quarterbacks in NFL history at 13 years, 48 days. Manning will also become the oldest quarterback to start the game.
3. The two teams were both the number one seeds in the playoffs. So, you’re getting, arguably, the best NFC team and the best AFC team on the field at the same time.
4. 50th Super Bowl. That’s a big anniversary, which means it’s going to be a big party.
