Whats up Sandy and DJ Ewrek so here goes nothing My younger brother came out to me about a month ago as gay. I was surprised, one because we aren’t super close He is 13 and I am almost 30 and he doesn’t give off the any kind of vibes indicating that he is gay. My parents still don’t know and he’s really scared to come out to them. I think he wants to, but isn’t sure if it will go well. To be honest, I’m not really sure how they’ll take it either. I really think they have no idea because my parents drop him off at the movies and and to spend the night at his friends’ houses, but they think he’s just meeting up with just a friend. Well the person he is meeting up with is actually his boyfriend, who is 16!! I’m not gonna lie, I am concerned for him knowing he’s dating someone who is 16, just because it’s only a 3 year difference, the maturity level is different from 13 to 16. He’s just really scared of disappointing them I think… I really want to be able to help but I don’t know how. What do you think I should I do? Should I tell my parents about this or should I not say anything and let him do it at his own time? (email your situation to: listeners@957thebeatfm.com)
