My boyfriend broke up with me about a month ago and is already talking to somebody else but that’s not what I am mad at. This is what has me a little upset: We planned a May trip to his family reunion in Dec. He paid $1400 for our flights & I paid $500.00 for the hotel. I want my $ back. He thinks because he can’t get a money refund for my plane ticket (just airline credits for the value of the ticket) that I should eat the cost of the hotel. He says its a fair exchange since I get an airline credit of $700 but if there’s a $200 fee if I use the credit. I’m still out of $ period. I think it’s not right that he broke up with me and I’m still out money on a trip. I know he listen to you guys so I want to let the central Coast let me know if I am right or wrong?
