Let me just start off by saying that I hate it and bugs the crap out of me when people go to the self checkout lane with their huge load of groceries when other people just have 2 items to check out. This really has annoyed me to the point I had to say something to a lady checking out in front of me not too long ago. I mentioned this to some friends while out, and one of the girls in the group said that I was being negative and got a bit of backlash because some people have social anxiety and can’t handle talking to the cashier! I thought people would be on my side but maybe that’s what happens when someone spends most of their time looking at a screen and not knowing how to talk to people.
