Hey guys wanted to see what your thougths where on this. So I went to go repair a personal item of mine. This particular Item originally cost me around $130. I bought the parts necessary to fix which cost about $25, When I called the guy he said he would fix this item for me and the estimate was going to be around 15 bucks but he said he would call me to let me know, he eventually called and said to come pick up my item it was fixed and the cost for repairing it was $45! was it even worth fixing? I said you should of called before fixing it to let me know the cost and he said he didnt have time to be calling all his customers because he was busy fixing a bunch of other things. Now I am stuck with this bill which I am not sure I want to pay. Should he have called and told me the cost of the repair before he fixed the item or is this how it usually goes you pay the bill after the item is fixed?
