Hey guys wanted to see what you and all the people thought about this? So I am a manager for a male dominated business here in the area. I recently had to let go one of my female employees because she is too attractive. I feel a bit guilty but I know that she would have caused too much distraction and it was only a matter of time untill one of my guys probably said something inappropriate. I feel like I made the right move. Now she is threatening to sue. I only had my female employees best interest at heart. My wife thinks I am a fool for letting her go.
