Good morning guys. So here’s my situation. I’ve been dating my girlfriend for 3 years and we just moved in together 3 weeks ago. We had a deal where I will pay the rent and bills and in exchange she would take care of keeping our place neat, do the cooking, laundry and pack my lunch. She currently babysits 2 little kids for about 4 hours a day. After the 2nd week the house started to get messy, laundry started piling up and I started packing my own lunch. I realized that she’s kind of a lazy slob. I hate having dishes in the sink so I take it upon myself to clean up. I talked to her about it and she is making it seem like I made her my maid. I’ll ask her for my work clothes and she tells me I can get it myself, or during dinner time she tell me I can serve myself if I’m hungry. I work 6 days a week and I don’t really have the time to upkeep the house. She does the bare minimum and I am starting to not be okay with our current living situation. Have any of you listening had this change in dynamics after moving in with your boyfriend/girlfriend? Is this what I can expect if we were to get married? I want hot meals, my lunch packed, and a clean house.I don’t feel I’m asking too much. Any advice you may have for us? Help. Thank you.
