My girlfriend and I celebrated our one-month anniversary on Friday. She gave me a bottle of cologne. On Saturday, we went out with her friends. One of them got a whiff of me and mentioned that I was wearing the same cologne as my girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend. This led to a fight between my girl and I. I told her that I am not going to wear her ex-boyfriend’s favorite cologne so she can be reminded of him every time we’re together. She says she likes the cologne and that I’m being an insecure baby. I told her the cologne was an inappropriate gift. She disagrees and says I’m being selfish. What do you think? Good or bad gift? Is it me?
