I’m a dedicated listener who enjoys your show. So a co-worker came to me asking for advice. He’s a married 30 yr old Hispanic family man who decided to rent out part of his home. The tenant is a single woman with a 13 yr old daughter. On occasion the 13 yr old will wear provocative clothing, flirt, and try to have adult conversations with him. Him and his wife have already warned the mother of the daughter’s actions, but she has failed to do anything about it. The child still continues with the same behavior and the mother does not want to move out. Due to tenants rights it’s not an easy process to evict.
