I dated this woman for a year, and it ended badly (she dumped me for her ex). This was two years ago. I ended up marrying the next woman I dated, and my wife and I are very happy. Out of the blue, I got a call from Ev the other day – in which she claimed she didn’t want to intrude on my life but wanted me to know she felt her daughter may possibly be mine, and wanted me to take a DNA test to verify this – she claims for “medical history purposes.” When I asked why her current BF doesn’t take one (eliminating me, hopefully), she informed me he had passed away in an automobile accident, so that wasn’t possible. I’m still bitter towards her and feel no obligation to do so – am I in the wrong? I told my wife the entire thing, so that’s not an issue – but I want no part of this. Thoughts?
