Hi Ms. Danger and DJ Ewrek I really enjoy listing to situation 8-0-5 so I truck drive for a living I am actually from the 661, but I come to the Central Coast a few times a week. So I am going through a tuff divorce with my wife. I am trying to be fare splitting everything in half from bank accounts to home, and spousal support, child support and so on… Even though she cheated on me I have been pretty cool about everything going on with the the divorce. Anyways here is my situation: so I recently found out she won a pretty good amount of money on a lottery scratch off ticket she bought while I was on the road. She hasn’t turned it in yet because she says she isn’t giving me half even though she has never worked a day in her life, and I know she used our account to purchase the ticket. She doesn’t know I know she won, and I heard she’s trying to give it to her mother for her to claim so SHE can keep it all even though she purchased it using our money. I feel like I deserve half! Is this right for me to feel entitled to half? I have had to give up half of the money I’ve made/ things I’ve bought up until the day we are legally divorced.
