Good morning guys, my situation is quick and to the point. So 2 weeks ago it was my friend’s birthday. I had my kids and wasn’t able to go but I told her I could drop them off and pick them up if needed. I would be able to leave the kids with my mom in case they needed a DD. My friend accepted and left me their car to drive them around. Well after I dropped them off I drove back home and parked the car outside my house. Well someone ended up hitting the side of the car, it was a hit and run. Her and her husband now want me to pay for it, since it happened at my house while I had it. I did them a favor, I don’t think I own them anything. It was their idea to leave me their car. It wasn’t my fault. What should I do, they aren’t talking to me. Should I have to pay?
