What’s good! Good morning guys, I’m 22 and my sister is 28. My sister and myself are really close despite the 6 year age difference. We went out on a double date over the weekend. My sister and I were getting ready to go out, picking our outfits and doing our make up etc. My sister told me she liked my outfit so I let her borrow a top that was similar to mine. My boyfriend picked us up and we met up with my sister’s boyfriend at the place we agreed to have dinner at. Well the whole time we were there my sister’s boyfriend seemed to be bothered or like in a bad mood. After the night ended you can tell my sister didn’t have a good time either. We talked and she said her boyfriend that she’s been with for 4 months got mad at what she was wearing. When they were alone he called her all these offensive names and made her feel bad for her outfit choice. She said she’s not allowed to wear certain things because it causes unnecessary attention. My sister has always been someone who takes pride in their appearance and now her bf is trying to control her. And the thing that bothers me is that she’s letting him get to her and she’s supposed to be giving me advice not the other way around. I’ve been with my boyfriend for 1 year and he never questions my fashion choices, he lets me express myself the way I choose and he supports me. Is this a red flag? If it is how can I help her?
