Hi Friends! I am writing because I have a problem. I am a pretty shy person and keep pretty much to myself at work. Usually I sit by myself and eat my food instead of engaging in conversation with my co-workers. Well recently my boss called me into his office and apparently one of my coworkers told him that me not being in the conversation or engaging can be seen as rude. I was really surprised because if someone speaks directly to me I respond. I am quiet but I speak when I’m spoken to and I’ve never had any issues. I am always nice to my co-workers so I’m really surprised they brought it up to my boss. I know I could always speak more but I am going through tough times right now and I really don’t feel like socializing. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do?
