Yo Guys! so I just moved into a brand new apartment in the same complex I have lived for the past few years. I usually pay through this online portal thing but the last few months they haven’t charged me. I always pay but it’s showing up on my end as a credit charge instead of going through and being removed from my bank account. After a few days the charge disappears and the money is returned to my account. This has happened for the last two months and I am wondering if I should let my landlord know I haven’t been charged for rent. If they never notice it would be amazing luck for me. I am worried about getting into some legal problems though. At the same time am I responsible to tell them they aren’t doing their job? So should I tell them or just keep it on the low?
