So a Alabama man is feeling a little washed up after being hauled in on multiple charges by cops who found him sleeping in a dryer, where he thought he could hide unnoticed. Michael Christopher Davis was one of several people in the house when cops stormed in to raid the place, and when everyone ran off, he chose to run to the laundry room and climbed into the clothing-filled dryer. An hour-and-a-half into their search, deputies heard a strange sound coming from the dryer, opened it and found Davis snoring away, “folded up like a shirt,” according to the arrest report.
Davis did not resist being taken into custody, telling the arresting officers, “I was trying to hide and y’all just stayed too long.”
