An Israeli man had a devil of a time trying to convince a judge to settle a harassment case in his favor…….. because he was attempting to get a restraining order against God.The man, who’s name was not published, said the God has been making his life hell for the better part of three years but every time he’s gone to police to complain, he’s been sent away without no satisfaction. He went on to explain that it was only recently that the Man Upstairs started to treat him “harshly, and not nicely.”But believe it or not God used his right to remain silent and declined to appear at the hearing, at which the Judge said the applicant needed help………but from a shrink, not from the court..
