The Pixar sequel has made $286.6 million in 10 days.The comedy Central Intelligence dropped from second to third with $18.4 million.The Blake Lively thriller The Shallows opened in fourth with a respectable $16.7 million.The historical drama Free State of Jones, starring Matthew McConaughey, premiered in fifth with $7.8 million.
