WEARING MY EX- JEWELS
Over the weekend , my fiance and I went to a friend’s wedding. It was a beautiful and romantic evening, but halfway through the night I stuck my foot in my mouth and our night went from good to silent treatment!
We were sitting with some friends at the reception and my girlfriend was admiring my necklace. I told her that it was a gift from an ex and I loved it so much I still wear it. My fiance was not amused. He kept it to himself until we were on our way home and then he told me it was rude to wear it and a slap in the face for him. I don’t see what the big deal is! I don’t think about my ex when I wear it. I just love the necklace.
Is it wrong to wear jewelry from an ex or is my fiance over-reacting? How do I fix this?!
