My Best Man Bailed On My Bachelor Party
I’m getting married in a couple weeks, so of course I threw a bachelor party.
It was totally tame. Just a bunch of buddies golfing 18 holes – then going to the clubhouse for a few beers. Seriously tame.
Well, on the 14th hole, my best man got a call from his wife. She was angry, wondering why he wasn’t home yet.
My best man ended the call – and then told me he had to go.
He did it. He bailed on my bachelor party.
What should I do?
I’m thinking of firing him as my best man and getting someone else in there.
I’m actually thinking of never talking to him again because, really, what kind of guy leaves a bachelor party because his wife barks at him a little bit? Not a guy that I need around, that’s for sure.
