Meet Bart! Bart is slightly misunderstood as he talks to everyone! Although he is a great conversationalist people often mistake this as barking and he is being passed up.
It should be noted that Bart does not bark especially when his needs are being met.
This handsome, 4 year old, came to the shelter as a stray. Although he cannot tell us his story he has not been shy about showing off his skills.
Bart has basic commands, like sit, and down, under his belt but he is also an expert at shake, and is eager to learn new tricks.
While at the shelter Bart has met a variety of people and other dogs. He is learning what it means to play and would probably be fine with another easy going canine companion.
Bart’s ideal home would continue to challenge him with ongoing training and include him as a part of the family.
