Hey good morning Sandy Danger and DJ Ewrek! So this just happened, actually on New Year’s Eve. Ok so I got a little too drunk and yeah I was feeling happy and just living in the moment… I ended up asking my girl to marry me. We have been together for about 2 years and she is perfect and the most thoughtful, loving, genuine person I know. I am invested and I really do love her, but I am not ready to marry or be engaged YET. Anyways back to the story she said Yes!!! She obviously shared the news with her friends and family, I know this because the none stop congrats texts coming in the next day. Even in my drunken state I told her we would go ring shopping this weekend, I don’t know what to do, or say should I just go with it and prolong setting a wedding date (I know for a fact she and her family are gonna wanna set a date for sure) OR should I admit to being drunk and I let the best of my emotions get to me and risk hurting her and embarrassing her with her friends and family?
