Morning guys! So check this out I got a message from a “friend” a couple days ago. I say friend in quotes because that term can be used loosely, I’ve just known her since we were kids. She messaged me to ask for 4k because she needs to repair her car. First of all we a’int that cool but our families know each other pretty well her mom and my mom are really good friends. Second of all she really has an issue with credit cards and says her bank wouldn’t let her overdraft anymore. She has been messaging me all day and I want to tell my mom about it but she specifically said to not mention it to her parents or my parents. I honestly don’t feel confident she will pay me back but should I help a family friend out? What would you guys do?
