I’m an avid listener who enjoys your show. Recently I attended a BBQ where everyone was drinking. Later in the evening we decided to go in the back yard. With excitement my friend’s dog ran across the yard with his long leash causing someone to trip and fall. This ended up causing serious bodily harm to one of the guest. Should my friend be responsible for his dog’s actions? The guest had to go to the hospital and miss many days of work. Do you think the dog owner should have offered assistance?
