My coworker asked me out to lunch and without giving it much thought, I agreed. Yeah, he’s charming and attractive, but I know that he’s married. He’s one of the only people I talk to on a friend basis at work. I’m not the type of person to break up a marriage, so if he’s looking for a side piece, I’m not it. But maybe there’s something else going on here. I mentioned it to one of my other coworkers and he said maybe it’s just a friendly thing or maybe he and his wife are split up. Should I assume it’s a friendly lunch and just go out with him or find out what the deal is beforehand? I didn’t think anything of it, now I feel I’m over thinking it.
