Hey guys! Thanks for taking the time reading this email. My girlfriend and I have lived together for 5 years and she’s pretty much party of my family now. Well, we have a difference of opinion on how to deal with my family. She’s three years into medical school and doing very well in her quest to be an internist. With her success has come a lack of respect or decorum from my family. Multiple times a week, we’re getting some phone call, text, email, or in-person visit with some kind of medical question from even distant third cousins. My girlfriend says it’s “fine” and goes with the territory. I say we start a policy of billing $50 a “consultation” and use that money towards her school bills. Who’s right on this one?
