Good morning guy’s I want to start by telling all of you how much l love your show and cant wait to get up and listen every morning. With that said can you please help me make a decision? So I had the same roommate for 7 years and we were really close at one time. Well after I caught him stealing money from me he agreed to move out and pay me back the other money he stole. The agreement was I’d hold on to most of his stuff besides his clothes as collateral and he’d Venmo me every month till I’m paid back. When I’m paid back he can come get the rest of his stuff. So he paid me back two months ago but still hasn’t come to pick up his stuff after multiple phone calls. I’ve called I’ve texted and he hasn’t gotten back to me. I check his social media so I know he’s alive and around but he’s just not contacting me. I told him I was going to throw his stuff out if he didn’t come and get it and he still hasn’t answered me. So would I be in the wrong to put his stuff out on the curb?
