Hi guys I’m emailing you to get your opinion on whether or not I’m being unreasonable with my girlfriend. She wants me to drive her to LA on Saturday for a sample sale for designer bags or something like that. When I asked her how much she’d save she said she wasn’t sure but she could save a lot if she finds something she loves. I told her with the cost of gas and time she probably won’t save any money at all and then the fight began. She said it was more about us spending the day together in LA and having fun not the sale. I told her I didn’t really want to spend the day in LA since I work there sometimes during the week. Now were in a fight and I think the only way to get over it is me just agreeing to take her on Saturday for the “Fake Sale”. I just wanted to know if I have a solid argument here before giving in.
