My neighbor and I have a friendly relationship and I’ve always liked him, but this weekend when I was in my drive, I saw what I’m 99% sure was a drug lab in his garage. I would hate to call the police on him and find out it’s just some harmless experimentation he’s doing in there, but if my family is at risk, I feel like I need to tell someone. What should I do?
