Good morning everyone! Let’s get to it, my situation goes like this… back in January my cousins and I had planned out a cruise in September of this year. It’s not that often that we all get together and go on cousin trips just because we are all busy with our own lives and responsibilities. Well here’s my dilemma… I’ve been saving up all this money since January, and now I want to buy a car instead. I have enough to put on down payment and I really want this car. All my cousins are giving me a guilt trip if I decide to flake out. We had all agreed to go on this cousin trip but I rather have his car than go on the cruise. I love my cousins and I am bummed I can’t do both. I am going back and forth with this and I can’t decide. Am I being selfish if I decide not to go on the trip? (fyi I bought insurance on the trip when I booked it, so I am still on time to get my money back. My question to all the listeners out there is, should I just follow through with the trip or should I do what I really want, which is buy this car? Help me out!
