I’m getting married in less than a month and one of my bridesmaids is covered in tattoos especially one of her arms. She has previously covered all of them with makeup for work events when it was absolutely necessary.
I asked her if she would cover them up for my wedding just to not draw attention to her and for pictures and stuff. I’m telling you, her arms are completely covered in tattoos from shoulder to wrist.
She said she wouldn’t feel comfortable with that cause it’s part of her identity and she doesn’t want to just for my wedding. So I talked to my photographer and she said she could cover them in the photos in the editing process and give me some edited and unedited photos.
Well, I decided to do it. I mentioned that that was what I was going to do (I thought her problem was just not wanting to change herself for my wedding, I thought it would be fine to just fix the photos).
She was so mad at me & told me I should of taken that into consideration since I asked her to be in my wedding and made plans to travel to my wedding and buy the bridesmaid’s dress and everything. Now she’s not sure if she wants to be in the wedding or not. I am I a jerk? Or should I let it be and let her sport her tattoos? (email your situation to: listeners@957thebeatfm.com)
