Yo I need some help with this situation. I was looking into selling my car after I was involved in a small accident because my car wasn’t running as smooth as before. Turns out my cousin said he’d take it off my hands so I was like sweet perfect don’t have to look for a buyer! I sold him the car and no joke less than a week later the transmission went out and now he is trying to get his money back. In one hand he is my cousin and feel a bit bad, but at the same time I feel like a deal is a deal also he did know that I had been in a small accident prior to selling him the car.
