Hey what’s up guys! So my situation goes like this… my husband is a very giving man. He loves to help out others. He didn’t have very much growing up, so now that he’s doing really good he likes to help others. So here’s the thing I love that my husband has such a big heart, but what he doesn’t see is that sometimes people take advantage of his kindness, which a few have done in the past.
He works so much and the holidays are when we really get to spend time together. We had some family time planned for just the 4 of us (my husband, my 2 kids and myself). Well my husband just told me that he wants to host a family at our home for Christmas. If it was any other day I would totally be okay with it. We’ve done it in the past, but JUST this one time I want it to only be us!! Am I being selfish? Or should I be okay with sharing my holiday time with another family.
